DAMAGED PRODUCT I RECEIVED

In the rare case the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed to every customer. However, should you find in such a situation you can simply contact us at falkshoes@gmail.com or call us at +92-316-4843606 Claims can be done within 14 working days of making purchase and all claims will be entertained after the approval from quality department.

CASH REFUND

If there is any manufacturing fault in product then a refund will be issued within 14 working days once we received the item & will refund the amount to your bank account/other payment methods.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Fayva Shoes make sure that all our customers are satisfied so offer this opportunity to exchange product with another but with few limitations.

Please note that items on sale and promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Repairing

1 Month free service warranty on all products, after that repairing will be charged.

Sales Prices

Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange.

Condition

If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go with the exchange within 15 working days (subject to availability).
